If bills are not paid in full for
plant material purchased for landscape purposes the improved property may
be subject to a mechanic’s lien.

are subject to change without notice.

Our
terms are cash upon pickup or delivery. Once established with our
business, credit may be obtained. Credit terms are limited to net 30 days.
A 1.5% per month interest rate is charged to all past due accounts. Buyer
also agrees to pay reasonable attorney’s fees and other costs incurred
at collection.

wholesale and must be restricted to those who are actively involved in the
Nursery or Landscape business. F.O.B.

All liability ceases after
plants are loaded on your truck. We shall be glad to rectify any mistake
made by us, but in no case will our liability be more than the purchase
price. No complaints are considered after 10 days.
